I have been a Bartel's customer for 11 years and there is a reason for that. The service department always goes the extra mile. Recently I came to the shop with an engine noise. It turned out to be a loose heat shield, the techinition could have tightened it in the driveway and sent me down the road, instead he brought the bike in, inflated my tires, added a pint of motor oil, replaced a fender tip bulb and recommended a few larger repairs. 5 star service, thanks again.
