Easy, helpful, & responsivie
My experience at Bartels Harley has been above and beyond from what I was expecting. They have a great staff and great selection of bikes. My sales guy Steve who I purchased a used sportster from was so nice and helpful. He wasn't a pushy salesman at all and he had a lot of product knowledge. He made me feel as if I was a part of the Bartels family and they definitely earned a customer for life. Thank you Steve The Russian and Bartels. I will be in for service very soon.
I walked in just wanting to checkout their inventory. Being a first time rider I didn't want to make an impulsive buy. Steve, came up to me and started telling me more about the bikes and their pros and cons for a first time rider. While checking out the used inventory I lost all nerves of asking a "stupid question" because i was new to riding and Steve made me feel comfortable.
