Worst Dealer Ever – I'm shopping for a new bike -- every other dealer I've been to so far has been courteous, very helpful, etc. Until I get to Bartel's Harley. Maybe this is why Harley has the rep it does. There were a few potential customers looking at bikes in the lobby, but the sales guy was sitting down, couldn't be bothered to get up even when i approached him after taking a look at a few of the bikes. Don't know if sales people are working here or not... – Spent 30 minutes on the floor being ignored by the sales staff before I finally left to buy my new harley from someone else.
Harley-Davidson Retailer in West Los Angeles – Love stopping by Harley Davidson in the Marina. Remodeled and expanded few years ago, this is a popular stop for Harley riders. I visit this store regularly for gear, shirts, and accessories. Last purchase was a Trespasser half helmet, which has an anti-sweat liner. My girlfriend likes that. Service people have always been great. Was looking for a part (which Harley didn't have) and rep referred me across street to Honda (where I got part I needed).
