I am exceeding impressed with sales staff.
I called Bartels' and Daniel answered the call. He checked to see that the parts were in, quoted me prices and let me know I could drop it off the same day. Picked up the bike today and everything was great. It was also lower to fix there than at my dealership and I'm an MVP customer there. Thanks again.

Thank you Daniel N. and his co-worker for staying late to fix a flat! I live 50 miles from work and was on my way home when I stopped in. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because Daniel was giving me all sorts of advice for parts I've been looking into. I've been riding for about 6 months so ill take all the advice I can get. I left with a lot more knowlege than when i came in. Its nice to know I have an hd location away from home. I'll definitely be returning!
