In the 6 years I've lived in Los Angeles I've never met an unsatisfied customer from this place
The sales person who helped me was great.
I have never ridden a motorcycle, but I made a lot of friends in a writers group who enjoy riding, so I come here often to find birthday or Christmas gifts. Their selection is huge and the people are very kind. You can barely walk 5 feet without someone greeting you and asking if you need help. Since I'm not a motorcycle guy, the customer service here is definitely the reason I'm writing this review. Very nice people.
I was in there over the weekend and spoke with Kyle McClure. Kyle was extremely honest and knowledgeable.
I'm glad it was where my neighbor recommended I take my bike when I first moved here.
Cannot be more thrilled with the service of this place.

This place is solid. I mean, the selection is great, and its most definitely got an extensive line of new and used Harleys. The place is huge, this is a given. Where is shines is a man named Big Russ. He's big, yes, and super friendly, incredibly funny, and man, the guy just wants you to ride the bikes. It's awesome.
