Every time I've been into Bartel's they greet you with a smile. I've bought several items from them. I also took the motorcycle education class, which help me with under standing how to ride safe and know law's of the rode for motorcycle. GREAT PLACE

But a couple of my friends wanted to swing by to window shop. They REALLY want to buy Harleys and they're starting to do their research on which one they would like. I think they're going through their midlife crisis. Which means they will definitely buy themselves bikes for sure! Though they were only window shopping, they were warmly entertained and shown all the bikes. They even let them turn one one and rev it. Cool!

I have never ridden a motorcycle, but I made a lot of friends in a writers group who enjoy riding, so I come here often to find birthday or Christmas gifts. Their selection is huge and the people are very kind. You can barely walk 5 feet without someone greeting you and asking if you need help. Since I'm not a motorcycle guy, the customer service here is definitely the reason I'm writing this review. Very nice people.
