Top notch service from top notch people. Put it this way, there's a Harley dealer roughly 5 miles from my house, but I prefer to travel 26 miles to Bartels Harley Davidson because of how they take care of me and my bikes needs. Better selection of parts, bikes, clothes, etc.
I called the dealership to see if they had a purse I wanted for my wife for Xmas but they they did not have it in stock Roxanne and company walked me through the steps to view one on line that was similar come to find that there recommendation was a lot better idea then what I had in mind thanks guys your the best.
It's a typical Harley dealership. But they have a huge selection of shoes. So far, among all the dealerships that I have been to, they have the most selection. You can walk around and the staff will not bug you nor pressure you to purchase anything. They have carry some items that other dealerships don't. You definitely want to check this place out, specially if you a fan of the brand.

I love my 2017 street glide - my fifth motorcycle and the greatest piece of motorized entertainment i have ever owned. Bartels is great - shopping there is not like go to a scummy car dealer which unfortunately many harley dealers are starting to feel like - stay away from the conglomerate owned dealers.
A great place for any HD related transaction, including buying, service, etc. Got my first mc from them. An outstanding experience. All questions answered and very helpful in all aspects. Huge thanks to Louis Roussel for his support throughout the buying process and after. Received many follow ups from them regarding how to maintain my mc, what else HD offers, etc. Thanks a lot!
