Put sons car in for an issue with the stereo not working. Quoted 75ph, not told that this did not include VAT when quoted on the phone. The car was in for minimal time and it only needed a fuse changed. Charged £90 for this. Horrified at the price, for very minimal work.
Highly recommended. My local mechanic was clearly struggling to identify and fix electronic issue with the van. Bart-tech sorted all the problems within a day, no issues since. Excellent service.
Totally unprofessional outfit,very similar experience from another review.Arrived there,parked up,it's a busy area so parked up where l thought wouldn't be a problem.Guy was working in a car outside,never looked my way.Another car turned up and asked me to move.I duly obliged.He then starts chatting to guy who was working outside.l stand waiting to see if anyone would ask can l help you or even acknowledge l was there Stood few minutes then l walked towards the office,no one inside so obviously these guys are the employee's.... read more
