Went in to buy timber this morning, staff very helpful and great prices, at least half the price id of been in b&q Man helping us was very funny and sarcastic and I wonder if that’s why some reviews think he was rude ? We found him hilarious and will be back !

Extremely disappointing service – rude and unprofessional staff I am very unhappy with the service I received, especially from a young man working there who was incredibly rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. Ordered tile batton to be x-cut to 2.4 length. Was told it would be a week or so , then 3 weeks. After a month I went and got a refund. Lady on the counter very nice. Male not so. I was told he isn't adjusting the saw for 2.4m length. This used to be my go to place for all timber. Now I go to bresch brothers.
