Bemused by all the good reviews here. Phoned about 6 times over a period of weeks, including two voice messages and couldn't get anyone to answer phone or return calls. Wife eventually managed to get one. Found the guy to be sneering and condescending as hell. Don't know what his problem was but actually told him at one point I didn't like the way he was talking to me. Two stars as he does seem knowledgeable/capable but not paying money to be spoken to like that. Guess this is what happens when NHS is on its knees and privat... read more
