Bad build quality. My flat is flooding i been told warranty expired for a 3 year old flat.🤨

I bought recently a flat in Portobello runs by Ross & Liddell as factors and how you can see from the pics this is how Ross & Liddell runs the building, be aware who is the factors before you buy the flat , you can ended up to pay for service you don’t have .
Extremely friendly, helpful and professional staff. Flats are very heat efficient. All buildings have lifts which is a huge plus. Kitchen counter space could be improved, especially in the Eildons which have a lot of empty space in the open plan living room. Unfortunately, there are design flaws that reduce the overall comfort of the flats. Bedrooms have no sound insulation, so noise from a snoring upstairs, footsteps and doors closing permeate through.
