Nice Residents but still a building site
Very disappointed by the admin team - all very disorganised, nobody could tell us who is our management company following the acquisition. In the meantime, we were charged ridiculous amount of fees for overdue charges that never reached us on time as Barratt was not able to tell us who manages our flat! Won't recommend BDW
We had a great experience working with Alice and Jake. They are very professional and take care of their customers. We found them well informed as they readily responded to all our questions and gave us great suggestions. We would like to work with them in the future.
