Called at 08:05 and there were 32 in the queuing system. Called again at 09:00 and there were 2. I gave a brief description of my symptoms to the efficient receptionist and Dr Fitzgerald called me later that day and made an appointment for me to go in the next day. Got a thorough examination, he took blood sample and arranged a follow up call to me for the following week. Professional, approachable and a good communicator. Doing a difficult, important job with limited resources.
The worst gp, came for appointment, nurse was late 40 minutes, this is a joke
Don't understand the bad reviews... I've never had a problem. Girls who answer the phones in the morning are very polite and professional and my call from the doctor is normally prompt and if I need to be seen im seen within an hour or so
