It was really good experience from start to finish. We were kept well informed and any queries were answered swiftly.
Dealt with Patrick in the sale of our house in Basingstoke and couldn't ask for better. We now live abroad and he was incredibly accommodating and understandable, especially in communication across time zones etc. Every step of the way he was helpful, explanative, professional but also "normal". I have just sold a property through Barons and all the team were exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble they always responded to my calls and kept me updated from start to finish. Joanne and Trevor went over and above to get the sale over the line.
