Hired a van for 2 days in September. Picked up at 8am after driving 20 miles the brakes failed and I had to sit around for just over 2 hours waiting for RAC and the van company to bring another van. The van was declared dangerous and towed to the garage. Note it was fine when I set off, these things do happen. I offered to hire another one from Leeds but they insisted they would bring a replacement.
