Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Chris and Clive were super helpful and couldn’t have done more to make things easy for me. They truly went above and beyond - even dropped me off to collect my own car, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated. I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Excellent service
Rented a van for a day to do a house move. Really easy to do and friendly staff. Rang him a couple of weeks before got it booked in, call from them the day before just to confirm it and get a rough time so the van could be ready. 10 mins after arriving driving away all sorted. Very easy going and really nice guys, had a laugh and would definitely recommend to anyone.
Booked a van and received confirmation of booking, then 4 days later got an email from Clive that simply said: "Sorry none available Bly van hire Sent from my iPhone" Extremely unprofessional way to communicate with customers form someone who clearly doesn't care.
