Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! The team at Barnsley Hot Tubs were super friendly, professional, and made everything so easy. The hot tub was spotless, set up perfectly, and worked like a dream — great for relaxing evenings! Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and great customer care.
I bought my Marquis Hot Tub from Barnsley Hot Tubs back in Feb 2021. Lyn and Shaun were a wealth of knowledge & arranged everything, put me in touch with a crane operator & suggested electricians for the hook up. Move on 4 1/2 years and the service & advice continues. Shaun has been & done full cleans and service. Recently I had a pump failure, Shaun diagnosed the fault, ordered me the required part and came and repaired my tub.
