Absolute joke. 1) Has an allergic reaction to some medication, was told by reception it's not their problem. When trying to get it put on my file. 2) They canceled my bloods appointment, without telling me, even though I received four text reminders yesterday. & had the nerve to ask if I wanted to reschedule, & booked it for 3 weeks later despite the Dr requiring them that week.

Reception team here are mainly very knowledgeable and able to help with patient queries.

Ridiculous sometimes. You call at the time given, get given the option to be left in a queue and get a call back, to only have a call back that there are no appointments left. Have rang two days in a row and put an econsult through for severe nerve pain due to endometriosis and still cannot get an appointment. Then the receptionist said "I understand it hurts but can you call back again tomorrow at 8.30am"

This is the best practice we have ever been registered with and the care given to my mum has been superb. We have been impressed with every member of the team that we have met.

I was treated so well by Receptionist Claire and then by referrals to Helen. Sue (Nurse) was so caring and understanding as well as treating me. Thankyou so much.
