Service I wanted to email you to express my overall satisfaction with Barney's of Brandon's service department. Kenny was very professional and attentive to all my bikes needs. I do not know who the service manager is but it should be Kenny and if it is Kenny then give that man a raise. Wow - What a great group of people I have to tell you that this dealership is not like the rest of those other dealers out there. These guys go out of their way to make you feel at ease when you buy a motorcycle. They really CARE about their customers and it shows. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very Pleased I just wanted to write a review regarding Barney's of Brandon because I was more than pleased with my motorcycle repairs!!!
Best Dealership of All I have filled out surveys and postcards but I would like to personally tell you what I like the Barney's of Brandon. I was just in the dealership today and I like the way I am treated the most. Kenny, in the Service Dept, goes out of his way to help me out. Every time I email Craig E (Sales), he gets back to me right away. Tyler(Service) is just a genuinely good guy. You can go to a restaurant that has the best food in town but if the people don't treat you well, I will not go back.
Great attitudes w/ great service I wanted to thank Barney's of Brandon for their great services they offered to me and my company. I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received. I own a 2008 roadster Can-Am Spyder and was having concerns with the brake light and unit running rough. I wasn't able to get the problem resolved until I came here to Barney's. I consulted with the dealership and all my concerns were taken care of within a few days and my Spyder was back and running great!
Good job The service I received at the Barneys on Adamo was outstanding. I believe the person name was Kenny Gaudio and with the knowledge and service I was given I will surely be a repeat customer.
Huge selection Barney's have a huge selection of motorcycles, ATV's, watercraft's and more.. For me, I felt like a kid in a candy store. So much to choose from!
