Outstanding Service I recently purchased a 2009 Yamaha Roadliner from Barneys in Brandon. The first week I had it, I had a problem with the battery which was promptly taken care of. This week I took my bike back for the initial 600 mile service. I wanted to recognize Kenny Gaudio for his courteous and prompt attention to both the battery problem and the service job. Exceptional Employees My experience at Barneys of Brandon was quite enjoyable as they managed to fit me in on last Saturday for a 600 mile service with very short notice. I've gotta say, Kenny Gaudio is beyond belief, his intuitive approach to handling customer service needs on a varying case by case basis is almost artful in nature. Super service I visited your store for the first time last week. I was having some work done on my bike and some parts I had previously purchased on-line were incorrect. I came here because you had what I needed in stock and Leslie (in parts) had the items ready for me when I arrived. While I was still here, my mechanic called and said he needed another part. Excellent buying experience I want to start off by saying I had a great buying experience at Barneys in Brandon. Everyone was very professional and interested in my receiving great customer service. Mitch, Leslie, Andrew and the F&I guy all made for a very enjoyable buying experience. I had to go back to exchange the battery cover, which had been badly scratched before I purchased the bike, and Mitch met me at the front door and promptly replaced the cover with no excuses as to why it was scratched.
