Best Dealership of All I have filled out surveys and postcards but I would like to personally tell you what I like the Barney's of Brandon. I was just in the dealership today and I like the way I am treated the most. Kenny, in the Service Dept, goes out of his way to help me out. Every time I email Craig E (Sales), he gets back to me right away. Tyler(Service) is just a genuinely good guy. You can go to a restaurant that has the best food in town but if the people don't treat you well, I will not go back.
Best shop in Fl. Best gear/parts place in Florida. Joshua's knowledge is better than anyone else I've met in 15 years in Fl. The prices are more than fair, and the attitude beats shops around town. Super friendly and smart, and aren't going to BS you or try to sell you something you don't need.
At First Difficult - But in the end Worked Out At first the service dept is extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone and they do not return calls promptly. They found the problem and ordered the part standard shipping without contacting me. I would have liked overnight shipping. Once I voiced this concern they got much better about giving me updates. I hope it all works out and I get my bike soon.
Wonderful service! We received excellent service from Craig for the purchase of our 2011 RXPX 255 and as always we receive wonderful service from Kenny Gaudio in the service department. Kenny always helped us when we needed parts and anything else. We always receive wonderful service!
Great Job!! I want to take the time and say what a great job the service department has done for me. I had my Raider in this past weekend for a clutch replacement, and Kenny and JD were both true professionals. JD assessed the problem with my clutch after riding the bike, and Kenny promptly went out of his way to order the replacement parts and in no time my bike was running better than new. Barney's service was great. Kenny was a great help, he took his time to explain the mechanics and services to me and made me feel like this is the right place. People like those make people happy with their service and make me want to come back.
