I have purchased 2 bikes from Barneys and have always had a positive experience, whether I am buying a $10.00 part or just asking for advise from the service dept they have always treated me with respect and courtesy. i have not once been talked down to or made to feel that my purchase does not matter to them

All of my dealings have been excellent. I purchased my 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 1700 Voyager from Barneys of Brandon in May of 2009. Real Customer Service I recently purchased my second new Yamaha FJR1300 from Barneyâs of Brandon. The customer service I have received over the last five years (since the purchase of my first FJR in 2005) simply put, should be the standard by which all other dealerships are judged. Good Service! Often we hear criticism...seldom we get told when something goes right! Just a note of thanks to Kenny Gaudio in service for helping out. I made the mistake of shutting my bike down by the kill switch when I pulled into the Brandon store and naturally the unexpected happened while I was shopping at the parts counter, my battery went dead! service appointment I just wanted to drop a note saying that Kenny Gaudio handled my service appointment from Tuesday, 3/29 to Wednesday 3/30 very well. It was handled timely and all of my concerns were taken care of. He answered all of my questions and let me know the status of my service so that I could keep track of things. I hope to have him handle my service needs in the future.
Satisfied I was at Barneys May 27 getting my tires put on my GSXR 750 and the service given by Kenny Gaudio was excellent. He was very informative on the tire pressure and the tires themselves.
