At First Difficult - But in the end Worked Out At first the service dept is extremely hard to get a hold of on the phone and they do not return calls promptly. They found the problem and ordered the part standard shipping without contacting me. I would have liked overnight shipping. Once I voiced this concern they got much better about giving me updates. I hope it all works out and I get my bike soon.
Good Service! Often we hear criticism...seldom we get told when something goes right! Just a note of thanks to Kenny Gaudio in service for helping out. I made the mistake of shutting my bike down by the kill switch when I pulled into the Brandon store and naturally the unexpected happened while I was shopping at the parts counter, my battery went dead! service appointment I just wanted to drop a note saying that Kenny Gaudio handled my service appointment from Tuesday, 3/29 to Wednesday 3/30 very well. It was handled timely and all of my concerns were taken care of. He answered all of my questions and let me know the status of my service so that I could keep track of things. I hope to have him handle my service needs in the future.

Satisfied I was at Barneys May 27 getting my tires put on my GSXR 750 and the service given by Kenny Gaudio was excellent. He was very informative on the tire pressure and the tires themselves. Also took the time to give me his opinion on a couple of exhaust that I had some questions about. Thank you Kenny for going above and beyond your duties to help me.

Excellent buying experience I want to start off by saying I had a great buying experience at Barneys in Brandon. Everyone was very professional and interested in my receiving great customer service. Mitch, Leslie, Andrew and the F&I guy all made for a very enjoyable buying experience. I had to go back to exchange the battery cover, which had been badly scratched before I purchased the bike, and Mitch met me at the front door and promptly replaced the cover with no excuses as to why it was scratched.
