Outstanding Service I recently purchased a 2009 Yamaha Roadliner from Barneys in Brandon. The first week I had it, I had a problem with the battery which was promptly taken care of. This week I took my bike back for the initial 600 mile service. I wanted to recognize Kenny Gaudio for his courteous and prompt attention to both the battery problem and the service job. Exceptional Employees My experience at Barneys of Brandon was quite enjoyable as they managed to fit me in on last Saturday for a 600 mile service with very short notice. I've gotta say, Kenny Gaudio is beyond belief, his intuitive approach to handling customer service needs on a varying case by case basis is almost artful in nature. Quick Service I recently went to Barney's of Brandon and I could not be happier! Everything was fixed up quickly and it was much cheaper than I was expecting! I definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs motorcycle repair!
Very impressive Dealership I have been riding motorcycles in this area since 1991 and Barneys has been far away the best dealership that I have visited in all that time. Everyone is always friendly at the door and seem genuinely glad to see me every time I visit. Their store is the most impressive to walk into, full of inventory and always very clean. I cannot recommend them enough.
Super service I visited your store for the first time last week. I was having some work done on my bike and some parts I had previously purchased on-line were incorrect. I came here because you had what I needed in stock and Leslie (in parts) had the items ready for me when I arrived. While I was still here, my mechanic called and said he needed another part. Thanks! I thought I would let you know what a good job Kenny did in coordinating and installing the front and rear tires on my M-109R the 280 is much better tire. Also, Kenny helped a lot on letting me know about checking the oil on that bike. I didn't know exactly the procedure to check on it, now I do. I need to do a valve adjustment real soon. I see you guys in a couple of weeks.
