Good local solicitors
I have used the same solicitor for over 30 years, but for this particular house sale we used Nicola at Barnes and Partners Chingford branch as we were selling my mum's house and wanted someone local to her. I have been so impressed that I have already decided to transfer all of our future business to Nicola permanently. I would give 10 out of 5 if I could. Nicola has been regularly going way above and beyond what is required. We had a very complicated exchange because of the solicitors on both ends of the chain. Both the sellers and buyers solicitors were not great, constantly delaying things and not getting things done. This made it even harder for Nicola, however she continued to persevere and never even flinched in her dedication to help us get it over the line. Would not go with Barnes & Partners Solicitors again - sold house 3 months late. They asked inappropriate questions which had nothing to do with their job (Peter). Nicola never kept us in the loop about anything. If we could give zero stars, we would.
