Gleeson have dealt with minor problems promptly, but have been difficult to get hold of when I’ve had further questions. My only Big criticism would be that the estate only has one point of entry; all the houses on that road have just 1 driveway space, but most households have 2 cars. If they’d planned to grow the estate this much, then they should have built a wider road and double driveways.
