I visited on a Saturday afternoon (28th feb) and was absolutely flabbergasted by what i experienced. There was a man and woman working in the shop at the time, a lady came into donate a single item. When the lady left these two staff members absolutely ripped into the woman and were extremely ungrateful and so unprofessional! If you didn't want the donation just say that in future, they don't have to donate there! Or maybe keep your thoughts to your self until the shop doesn't have a customer in it. Very rude lady, no manners
I visited a few days ago the items of clothing and shoes seem to be very unclean won't be visiting again
Rude & ungrateful staff (tall blonde hair and brown haired woman) I am a gift aid member, (under my partners name) as this was my chosen charity to donate to. I have lots more other charity shops near to me but have always gone out my way for this one. Asked twice by both staff members if some of the items were complete to wich i replied yes as i do check everything is clean and complete before donating. Love love love this store!!! I visit at least 3 times a week great choice of items to buy at reasonable prices, staff are always helpful really don't understand the negative comments as I have witnessed first hand some awful behaviour by customers towards the staff, I would suggest that management put up a "do not abuse the staff notice"
