Since new manager Lauren has taken over this shop as gone from strength to strength. We have always found most of the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The moral amongst the staff is much more positive and like any work place sometimes a change of management is what's needed. Barnardo’s Bradfield Road is a lovely charity shop with a welcoming atmosphere and a great selection of items. The shop is well organised and regularly stocked with quality preloved clothing, books, and bric-a-brac. The staff and volunteers are friendly and welcoming, and it’s great to know that every purchase supports such an important cause. Highly recommended.
Sensibly priced charity shop which is becoming increasingly difficult to find. Well stocked, the staff are lovely.

What a lovely, well stocked shop. Great bargains to be had, very helpful staff especially Lauren who helped me find what I was looking for, I will definitely be coming back.
