Appalling service , can never get an urgent appointment. Ring at 8 am every morning , 30th in queue!! Will probably get really ill and have to visit hospital. Practice manager does not return emails
Absolutely appalling cannot get an appointment even after doctor told me to ring up to get appointment to check blood results. Receptionist haven’t got a clue practice manager is rude and obnoxious .
Front Desk staff are most helpful,no problems,and also thanks to nurse Juliet for her pleasent and friendly attitude.
Not the best doctors practice..we got moved over from what was a good practice 'Bedside Mamor'. We queue early in morning outside to get an appointment when it opens at 8, because if you ring at 8 they will be all gone.
No problems with reception staff at all. Doctors are also very good,Dr Richard Scott and Dr Holly Hudson especially
