Useless is probably the best word. Never get back to you. They came to our house in the Cotswolds, we spent hours going through things with them, then nothing. Not even a courtesy email to say they're either not interested or busy etc, just nothing. Extremely unprofessional and bad vibes.
The worse experience of my life, they have ruined my home at a very high cost and wasted so much time, I was so excited to have Lucy on board to design my dream home. The arrogance and lies are beyond anyones expectations. I decided to take the matter further to only find out they are represented by Lucys fathers law firm, Barlow and Butcher, zero cost for them.
