Tonight I celebrated my 22nd birthday with my mom at Barley Swine. The food and service were outstanding. They accommodated to my food allergy, were so sweet, so understanding, and really made the over all experience great. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for everything y’all did for us tonight. You made my birthday wonderful!
That tartare!? Amazing. The broccoli and chicken and biscuits were equally standout dishes. Our waiter was incredibly nice and helpful and even gave us a dessert on the house as a welcome to Austin for my friend!! Will for sure go back in my next visit to Austin! 🙌🏼
We did the chef's tasting menu and we really enjoyed taking our time and savoring each unique and delicious course. I would recommend this anyone who loves a high quality dinner in a fun setting.
We throughly enjoyed our experience this evening. We decided on the chefs tasting and have zero regrets. The food was outstanding, but the staff was the best part of our experience. Thank you for making our second anniversary one to remember!
Our favorite must go to when in Austin! Cassie was a fabulous server explaining each Chef's choice dish and the pairings were off the charts!
It was ok , I ordered the chef sampler at $100 per person , kinda wish I had ordered a hambuger. Ended up paying $283.00 for the equivalent of 1/2 a hamburger. After wards I went to Magnolia South for a full plate , that was actually better. $10 Maybe ok for $50 - $75 but was not worth almost $300 Servers were the best ever
The atmosphere is wonderful and the food was amazing. I enjoyed the textures and tastes in the plates we chose and the way the chef mixed them was enjoyable.
