Our dog had a trial weekend stay ahead of a longer one later in the year. It was his first time away from home without us (he’s nearly 8) We were anxious of course but the registration visit from and personal schedule prepared by Barbara made us feel confident in using Barking Mad Northumberland to find us a suitable host family. Wonderful friendly service provided by Barbara and Caroline. Ruby our nervous Cockapoo has been matched perfectly with loving hosts. Her second trip away, this time for a 10 day holiday. She had a home from home experience, where she settled in extremely quickly. Regular updates and photos allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing she was in very good hands. Thank you, we will definitely be using the service again and will recommend to our friends and family.
Just trailed a first weekend away for our mature pug. Despite feeling a little nervous about leaving her, I cannot praise the service provided by Barbara and Caroline enough. Super communication with a great knack of capturing the right detail to make the stay for our pug work. We were delighted with the hosts appointed. Massive round of applause to Richard and Di. We've had a fantastic experience with Barbara and Caroline at BM Northumberland. Truly excellent experience and Hamish (our little Westie) loves Barbara. She got him organised with a lovely host and we saw lots of pictures and were made to feel very comfortable. We got him sorted for a couple of city breaks and our summer holiday. I can see us using their services frequently. Perfect communication, friendly, reliable - everything you want. 100% recommend and trust.
My two dogs have had an amazing holiday with their hosts, regular updates and photos to put your mind at rest, highly recommend and can’t fault anything, Barbara and Caroline are amazing to With pickups and returning my dogs on time amazing!!! Highly recommend.
