We have used Barking Mad Hartlepool 4 times now and Tracy always takes time to make sure our dog is comfortable to leave us and he's settled and happy with the lovely family who look after him. We get regular updates on how he's getting on and what he's doing and we get photos which reassure us as he's clearly having a great time. We wouldn't leave him with anyone else now as we know he's in safe hands.
Really well organised, completely caring experience. Our dogs are so well looked after whilst we are away. Very impressed with the service given. We are kept updated with how the dogs have settled, sent photos of their time away and receive a card on their return telling us all about their stay. It's obvious from the dogs themselves when they return that they have been well cared for.
Punctual, professional and peace of mind! The 3rd time we've used Barking Mad and, just like the first two occasions, was faultless, from first collection of our beloved dog to his return, confident that he was cared for by a likeminded host. Loved the photographs and videos giving updates of our dog's 'holiday' away from his owners. A photograph of him laying on his back with legs in the air demanding a belly tickle gave comfort to know that he was happy! Excellent service, will 100% use again

Our dog has had another great holiday arranged by Tracy of Barking Mad. The photos and updates we received while we were away showed how happy and content he was with his lovely hosts (it's his third stay with them) meaning we could enjoy our time too. A fantastic business
