I firstly cannot comment on them from a sales perspective however my experience comes from being a new tenant within a rental situation. Their communication style is poor at best, throughout the process myself and my partner had to send multiple emails and make calls just so they acknowledge something so simple as an error with the draft tenancy agreement or to discuss how we go about paying a deposit. 5 star estate agent ! Having had a bad experience with another agent, we found Barkers to be a fantastic company to deal with. From initial contact , they have been nothing but professional and so helpful In dealing with our properties in both the sales and lettings departments. Nicola in particular has been brilliant, nothing being too much trouble to support us to get the house marketed and securing a sale within a few days. Highly recommended estate agents.
