Signed up with this lot for possible mis sold finance, suddenly this seems to have changed to a claim over affordability [not what was signed up for], No body from them has asked me if I would like to change the claim type. Now getting bombarded with phone calls asking for bank info so they can access statements, told them prove who you are before I give any info over the phone, seems they can't.
