Poor, poor experience. What kind of website displays dildos and sex toys in health and beauty categories and without any censorship for potentially underage visitors? Horrible user interface for checking past orders and horrible delivery pipeline; orders aren't dispatched and often show as delivered when in fact, they arrive days later. The purchase experience overall is a slow burn.
Totally not competent they sell return items as new . Delivery is not correct on their website says item delivered but when you track the item is not even collected yet. The online chat totally non competent to solve the issues you waiting all day on live chat. No free return when items are defective be careful what are you purchasing

Bought from Bargain Fox when they were just starting up, have shared their website with family and friends and have never had a problem. What they sell, dead-stock, is fantastic! Excellent value from shops that have closed, businesses gone bankrupt, we are lucky to get goods at such discounted prices. Well done you guys! Only problem, and its a serious one, is using Yodel for delivery, they let your reputation down. You certainly have grown, good for you!
