Got a fridge frome there. It doesn't cool, so I asked them to fix it for 5 times, nobody turned up. I see that it is normal state of things in bargainland judging from the reviews.
If I could choose 0 stars I would. Absolutely waste of time to deal with. Selling furniture for dirt cheap due to moving, promised it would be picked up Thursday as moving Saturday, endless phone calls, endless promises and endless lies. Friday the same thing and then decided they only wanted 1 piece of furniture, promised it would definitely picked up that afternoon and then ignored our calls leaving us with furniture to get rid of in less than 24 hours. Item they sold me was faulty. Promised replacement for 6/7 weeks but never materialised. They agreed to refund and collect but never turned up. Still chasing them daily, different excuse every day
Brought a washing machine off them Notified them about an issue they asked for my contact number and i didnt hear from them Now machine is broken and still no reply Avoid as they are only bodged to sell quickly
