Andre was prompt at getting back, and was very efficient and friendly. He came around with all the equipment. Unfortunately, the stain on the sofa in question was beyond help. (I've no doubt, if anyone could get it would it would've been Andre. Unfortunately, we're probably going to have to dye it.) He didn't charge us – evidence that he always aims to get the best possible result.
Andre recently did a comprehensive clean of our carpets, including a few areas of additional spot cleaning. He did a fantastic job, leaving the carpets looking great. His approach was really flexible - we agreed that some of the bulkier furniture (mainly beds) would remain in situ, and Andre not only worked around things but also adjusted his quote to subtract the areas that weren't being cleaned, rather than using the overall square footage.
