It has to be the worst doctors I've ever used ....especially when u tell them you feel like self harming and your mental health is really suffering all the horrible women on the fone came back and said would u like the duty doctor to call u omfg what sort of joke is that ....they don't even deserve 1 star ..stay away from that place at all cost ....

The receptionist is so rude for absolutely no reason, I just wanted help and she shooed me away

Never give this surgery the time of day they won’t do they same for their patients, the Receptionist is Rude, unhelpful and told me the best thing for me to do was to register to another practice. I’ve have been with this practice since I was 5 and have never been treated like this I’ve always had the upmost respect for my medical practice but this has taken it too far I will be seeking advice to pursue a formal complaint directly towards the Rude Staff member. Avoid at all cost.
