Having took out an agreement, I have 14 days to change my mind, which is what I did, however Barclays tell me they cannot cancel the agreement ? I asked for them to send me in writing what they said on the phone, that they cannot cancel the agreement. They put me on hold, then disconnected my call.

Probably one of the worst financial firms I have had the misfortune to (try to) deal with.The web site says it is open when it is not. They do not follow up as promised.

I put a claim in for a faulty door under section 75 for a door fitted by Safestyle who have ceased trading. I emailed info as requested by letter to be told i can nolonger email untill ive spoken to them why ? A callback was arranged but didnt happen. I recieve another letter saying send info to s diff ref i tried yet it is blocked. Its beyond me how to claim. Good at giving credit not at solving issues. Tine i banked elsewhere i guess.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had a terrible experience with these people and I’m so glad my agreement is over with them. I won’t be using them again. They like to play God with peoples credit scores, even when the customer is not at fault. I wouldn’t recommend at all. You’re better off using another provider or saving up to purchase the phone yourselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
