What a joke of a company, firstly great bridge closed, then wednesbury, then willenhall, then bilston, then told to use sedgley which are closing, then I've been told to use either Dudley or Wolverhampton, and how am I supposed to get their.... no regard for it's customers, feeling very let down.
Wanted to change my name on my account. I had a deed poll certificate and the change was made with no problems. Good cooperation and service. Sorry to know they are closing down that particular branch!!!!
