Having spent over an hour on the phone trying to correct a Travel Pack error on our account, Farah at Barclays Wisbech was able sort out what to do within minutes.
We were contemplating leaving Barclays as brunch closed in Wisbech and telephone banking not as good as it used to be, far more difficult to talk with a real English speaking human. We made a decision to visit Barclays local at Wisbech library. We initially queued up and got to see a very over worked Jan Child’s. The friendly and very professional help and advice from Jan made us stay with Barclays. She booked us an appointment on a Friday session to talk us through online banking and set app etc up on iPad.
