Absolute scum and the most fraudulent bank you'd find. Avoid at all costs.
As a Barclays customer for 24 years I can honestly say the company is a farce. You can't do anything in branch, it's open 4 days a week and shuts at 3pm. The staff are rude and a blonde lady staff member has been so rude to a little old man that needed help. Do not open an account here.
I’ve had a Barclays account for 16 years now, however this was my first time visiting this specific branch after moving into the area. I visited mid morning on a Friday and it wasn’t too busy, only had to queue for a few minutes and the gentleman who dealt with my query was very friendly, helpful and we had a good laugh to be fair.
I have been with this bank since I was left school and older to open a Account. There was one at Ashby as well . But it was closed many years ago . I can’t find any reason why I would go to another bank . Everyone very friendly and always willing to help.
I don’t understand why working hours and everything left after covid. How do they think working people can come to the bank branch. That’s ridiculous that u need to take and waist your holiday day just to go to the bank, due to working hours. Why it can’t come back to normal when bank was open on Saturdays for working people.
