Even it is on the main road, It’s difficult to find the Bank for new persons. Except the Barclays symbol, and a small name at the entrance there is no proper sign board. I went to this bank multiple times about my Bank statements, some staff are responding well, and some are awful.
Awful customer service. Understaffed. Short opening times. Hundreds of pounds I deposited through their machine just disappeared and was not credited to my account.
Just wish they would open on a Saturday
