The bank is closing on the 12th of this month. Shame, i have used this bank for many moons. I will be sorry and sad when it closes..🥺
Another branch that's closing down.
One would think open until 4.30 pm would mean open till 4.30 pm but no the counters close at 3pm . Leaving machines only , and a couple of staff members sitting about . No wonder branches are closing
Very poor customer service,in branch. Qs........
Been in twice now to try and get an appointment, first time told to come when they open to stand any chance of one, then it would be in 4 weeks time!, but did as they said, made a journey into Stourbridge, then told to come back later on. The counter staff are friendly enough, but Barclays Bank is getting an awful bank to bank with.
