Helpful polite and friendly staff I have banked here since 1997 I just hope this doesn't become one of the branches that's facing closure it absurd that a bank wants to continue to cut costs just to inflate their greedy bosses wages it's not as if they aren't getting paid enough already

One of the worst experiences of my life as dealing with the incompetence, made to feel like a criminal because I had money, closure was for the best
I know it’s more than likely policy, but it’s a little disappointing as a customer of the bank that you are made to feel as a nuisance when visiting the branch. With this branch now being my local branch which is 16 miles away while I visited to bank I asked for an appointment regarding opening an ISA which must now be done on the app, however I wanted advice something which I should be entitled to as a customer.
