Long queue every time going into this branch and staff are very chatty will take almost 1h to deal with 1 person on any simple issue. Barclays should seriously take this feedback. Everyone has left on it to at least have some sort of system implemented in their daily activities to track each individual staffs progress and achievement. Would love to point individuals' names but can not list all.

Terrible customer service they make you wait 30-40 min before seeing you including old people with walking sticks have to stand 30-40 min to speak to staff there are 2 seats which are at the very back rather visit city center branch
This branch is closing 19/07/2024 not happy as the only branch which will be open will be city centre I really dislike the corrupt senior management at Barclays!
The branch needs to stay open until atleast 5pm to make it easier for everyone to get there and not rush.
