Lack of people working here been waiting ages to just have a name change to the point I've missed my bus to go home from waiting while 2 members of staff doing nothing and the 1 has been with a customer for a while if I had my own way I wouldn't give the place any stars few weeks ago instead of telling the person in front of me they can't talk about things that's not bank related I only wanted bank statements printed 10 minutes of waiting and I ended up storming out because they were talking about the holidays etc so glad th... read more
Bank was open on Saturday but wouldn't allow me to deposit coins into my account. Staff told me they don't take coins on Saturdays . Wanted me to deposit notes into the cash machine. I left and paid it all into lloyds bank... Why open the branch??
Could not solve my problem on first visit, asked me to return at 14.30 in the afternoon only to be told no one available to see me. Very poor service
