Excellent Service quick and easy staff very helpful.
Staff always available and so friendly. Really good with the colouring competitions for the kids in the holidays my grandchildren look forward to this. Just feels nice to go to Barclays in the town.
Customer service gone down hill... Walked in for some help with my accounts, was advised to come back in 1hr as busy which it was. So 1hr went passed walked in and greeted by nikki who instantly said call the number on the back of the card, she didn't even want to look into the issue . So called barclays who resolved issue and said that the branch could of easily resolved the issue for me.
Lovely staff always helpful
Can’t pay cash in on Saturdays? Have to come in the week, seems crazy, it’s literally a bank…
