Absolutely scandles this surgery is for people who rarely need a doctor with minimal health conditions it's a Absolute joke I have been trying to get my mental health medication and waited for over a month I am at a loose and and gona end up dead because of this practice they fob u off constantly took 5 phone calls to even speak to a professional, one of my workers phoned up because I haven't had no medication in over 5 month a tried to just get me to see someone and they said phone at 830 that's all we do and a called and a... read more
Wonderful Medical Practice. I have on occasion contacted the Practice over the years and the Staff have been consistently excellent on every occasion from the Reception Staff to Nurses,ANP and Doctors Etc. Recently i spoke to Doctor Frank on the 6/2 and was visited by Sharon and Jay on the 7/2 regarding a rather concerning Medical Issue and their response was immediate and very Caring, Reassuring ,and Compassionate..
If I could give zero stars, I would. This medical practice is far too busy to provide adequate care. I called at 8:30 am and was told the queue was too long and to request a callback. When I did get a call back from a nurse, she was incredibly rude and dismissive, saying they were fully booked and I’d have to call again at 8:30 am the next day. I’ve been very ill, and this level of service is unacceptable. Why take on so many patients if you can’t manage them properly? I will be filing a formal complaint.
I asked Nurse while getting Blood Test today, for a Doctor's Sickline or Sicknote? She put on their Surgery computer that I wanted two of them, one for Jobcentre, and another for Social Security Scotland to apply for more Benefits. But when a Doctor phoned me, he asked what it was about, it seemed he hadn't read the note that the Practice Nurse had added to my details, on their computer? As told me that he'll make 'one' up for me to collect at their Victoria Park surgery, I really wanted to get 'two' Doctor's Sicklines.
Head and shoulders a much more helpful and understanding practice now since the take over. Always willing to help and prioritise patients.
