My 104 yr old mother was in llys-y-tywysog care home for 4 Months where she received exception care from a group of lovely caring people. If she ever needs to go into a care home again I would definitely try to arrange for her to return here.
I was delivering furniture here. Staff are super friendly and approachable, one was painting the nails of one of the residents when I walked in. Mr maintenance was helping me unload which isnt really his job. I also got tea and a piece of cake. I've seen the food and the bad and this is definitely up there with the best.
Through work I visit care homes in Swansea, Neath and Port Talbot regularly. Llys Y Tywysog is the cleanest, friendliest, most welcoming and most professional of them all. A wonderful place.
It's a lovely care home, the staff are really nice and friendly, they do lots of different activities for/with the residents and keep a positive attitude they also have good relationships with the residents. The home its self is very clean and tidy
What a wonderful care home, clean and tidy, more like a top hotel than a care home. Super friendly and helpful staff. You can tell they really CARE and are not just there for the pay check.
