I bought a Honda because they’re supposed to be reliable and have few issues. Lucky me, I bought a lemon. I’ve had the same issue with my odyssey for nearly two years and the problem has yet to be solved. Their service department staff is not helpful, and they know it, and they don’t care. The service manager is always late returning calls if you can get him on the line at all. The sales department is easily one of the best in town they are very professional but the service department needs some work both times I have taken my car to get repaired i got it back worse than it was when I dropped it off. They really need to get some competent technicians
Buying the vehicle was great. Getting it serviced over the last 2 years has been nothing but a nightmare.
this place it's a huge disappointment I brought my car to get my exterior door handle fixed and 2 weeks later it came out again and today I was here and they told me if I bought the part there which I did and they told me that I have to bring the recive to prove that which I do but I dont live in town anymore please avoid this place next time my car needs service I'll take it to Honda selma instead of here really bad service
